Transfer List / 2026
The 2026 CUPE Local 21 Casual Employee Transfer List Application Form is live.
To be considered for transfer opportunities in 2026, a completed "Request to Transfer" application form is required to be considered for transfer.
The Transfer Form is located on the internal job board (jobs.regina.ca) and a link to the form is provided on the City’ of Regina's website --- regina.ca (use the search function “Local 21 Transfer” to find it).
One (1) Request to Transfer Form is to be completed per person, with a maximum of four (4) Branches to select, and must be received by People & Organizational Culture no later than December 31, 2025.
Resumes are welcomed and should be attached to the completed form.
PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for transfer, each employee must have passed the probation period of eighteen (18) months under CUPE Local 21 jurisdiction.
