To the Members of Local 21:.

The City of Regina 2026 operating budget was officially approved on December 19, 2025.

The Union is still reviewing the final budget package to see how it may potentially affect some of our members, and has begun actively engaging City of Regina Administration on how to mitigate any negative impacts.

The Union will continue to try and keep the membership informed throughout the implementation of said 2026 budget.
