The 2025 CUPE Local 21 Casual Employee Transfer List Application Form is live.
To be considered for transfer opportunities in 2025, a completed "Request to Transfer" application form is required to be considered for transfer.
The Transfer Form is located on the internal job board: ... jobs.regina.ca and a link to the form is provided on the City’s website: regina.ca (use the search function “Local 21 Transfer” to find it).
One (1) Request to Transfer Form is to be completed per person, with a maximum of four (4) Branches to select, and must be received by People & Organizational Culture no later than December 31, 2024.
Resumes are welcomed and should be attached to the completed form.
Please note, to be eligible for transfer, each employee must have passed the probation period of eighteen (18) months under CUPE Local 21 jurisdiction.
