All employees of the City of Regina who wish to have an @regina.ca email address are able to request one. The Tech Service Centre will provide email accounts to employees upon request and with Manager approval.
Contact the Tech Service Centre at 306-777-7980 or submit a Service Request using the Online Portal if you have access to a computer.
- Any employee receiving a new or re-activated email account will be required to complete the onboarding Cybersecurity Awareness Training within 14 days.
- Usage will be monitored. On a monthly basis, accounts that have not been used in the last 60-day period will be deactivated.
- Non-compliance with quarterly Cybersecurity Awareness Training requirements will continue to be escalated to supervisors and reported to Directors and ELT (quarterly).
