Local 21 currently has around fifteen hundred (1500) plus active members who are employed by the City of Regina.

On March 22, 2025, approximately six to nine percent (6% - 9%) of the entire membership attended and cast their vote.

The results of the Local 21 Ratification vote are as follows:

55% ... were in favour to accept the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

45% ... were not in support of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

Its important to note that ALL members have a voice and vote in their Union.

As a member of this Union, you're a major component and decision maker on the direction you want your Union to take; its equally important when it comes to building / negotiating a new Collective Agreement and ratifying that agreement as a collective.

Regina City Council is now expected to review and vote on this MOA in early April 2025.

We are expecting to receive the new printed CBAs within a month or so.
